These classes are for beginners and intermediate practictioners of mindfulness meditation. They promote deeper understanding for harnessing the beneficial purposes and different ways of knowing the nature of the mind, emotions, and reality. Classes are one hour in length and are rooted in the secular MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction)
