Practicing Presence: A 4-Week Mindfulness Meditation Class

Join me for this 4-week exploration into mindfulness meditation with a specific focus on acceptance. We will practice mindfulness meditation, self-inquiry, and learn how we can begin to start anew. Each class will consist of a theme, guided meditation practice, and discussion. This class will be accessible for everybody. No experience required, come as you are. You may bring a yoga mat, blanket, or meditation cushion, but it's not necessary. Comfortable chairs will be provided. Journals are welcome if you are interested in taking notes during the classes. 

We will meet on Tuesday's starting May 1st through May 22nd from 6:30-7:30pm for 4 weeks at the Unitarian Universalist space located at 818 E Divide Ave, Bismarck, ND
