Heidi will come to 7030 Horseshoe Bend and offer Sunrise Yoga+Mindfulness classes for $10 per person.  Great for older kids and adults! This practice is for everyBODY. It is gentle in nature and designed for beginners and those who want to wake up with more energy and vitality. Bring your mat and let's start the day together with positivity and mindful movement!

Confident Me! Leadership Camp for Girls

The purpose of this camp is to offer girls and young women ages 7-16 an opportunity to participate in a unique, one-of-a-kind program that will positively impact their lives by developing their self-worth and confidence at an age when they need it the most. Girls who believe in themselves and understand their own personal power have healthier relationships, higher self-esteem, less anxiety, and a greater sense of well being.

We will do this by:

  • Empowering them make healthy choices for their bodies

  • Cultivate a strong understanding of their innate power over their thoughts

  • Learn body positive practices and affirmations

  • Gain mind-body tools they can use anytime for calming, confidence, and courage.

  • Learn mindfulness meditation and breathing practices to use for stress management

This camp will use Dove’s Self-Esteem Curriculum combined with Yoga+Mindfulness practices and art activities.

Practicing Presence: A 4-Week Mindfulness Meditation Class

Join me for this 4-week exploration into mindfulness meditation with a specific focus on acceptance. We will practice mindfulness meditation, self-inquiry, and learn how we can begin to start anew. Each class will consist of a theme, guided meditation practice, and discussion. This class will be accessible for everybody. No experience required, come as you are. You may bring a yoga mat, blanket, or meditation cushion, but it's not necessary. Comfortable chairs will be provided. Journals are welcome if you are interested in taking notes during the classes. 

We will meet on Tuesday's starting May 1st through May 22nd from 6:30-7:30pm for 4 weeks at the Unitarian Universalist space located at 818 E Divide Ave, Bismarck, ND

This 4 week session will run each Sunday starting April 29th-May 20th at the BisMan Community Co-op in the upper level Community Room from 1pm-2pm. This children's yoga class is designed for 7-11 year olds and will balance stillness with play and encourage a greater sense of calm, strength, and confidence in your child. We weave in mindfulness practices, art, music, and stories.

A journey into your future, leading with the heart. In this 2 hour session Heidi and Marissa will guide you through a process of deep listening with a guided meditation, gentle yoga, and a visioning session. 

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything you would need to be comfortable. You are welcome to bring magazines or any visuals that you would like on your board. We will provide all supplies in addition to some tasty teas. All attendees will leave with a vision board, gratitude journal, and high vibes.

Mindful Living talk and guided meditation at ND Yoga Conference

Heidi will be leading a guided meditation and talk on Mindful Living: Creating Peace and Presence in Your Life at this inaugural North Dakota Yoga Conference! This event will help us create peace around the state, practice dharma in our communities and find balance in our daily lives.

There will be over 30 different instructors and classes throughout the 3-day event with a variety of yoga styles and offerings. Vendors will entice you with clothing, beads, yoga mats, oils and information about teacher training opportunities and retreats.
