
Join me for this 6-week exploration into the practice of mindfulness meditation, self-inquiry, and learning how we can begin to befriend and welcome all that is. You will learn how to integrate a regular practice of mindfulness meditation into your daily life and bring awareness to new ways of BEing. Each class will consist of a theme, guided meditation practice, and discussion. This class will be accessible for everybody. No experience required, come as you are! My only request is that you come with an open mind and open heart. You may bring a yoga mat, blanket, or meditation cushion, but it's not necessary. Comfortable chairs will be provided. Journals are welcome if you are interested in taking notes during the classes. Tea provided.
